Under the auspices of His Grace Bishop Youssef of Bolivia, the faithful are currently establishing the first Coptic Orthodox Church in the city of Santiago in the Dominican Republic (Caribbean sea).
The church has been registered with the local authorities and the land has been purchased for the same. The plans are being finalized and construction are expected to begin soon. The Church will be ready to begin its service around the end of this year or early next year.
